SPC offers the following fresh, frozen and FAS products:
Head On Coho Salmon are graded by the following sizes: 10#/Up, 7/10#, 5/7#, and 3/5#. Most head-on fish are sold into the fresh markets however if you have a need for frozen head-on we will be happy to accommodate you.
Headed & Gutted Coho Salmon are graded by the following sizes: 9#/Up, 6/9#, 4/6# and 2/4#. ALASKA GOLD™ Troll-caught Coho have long been a favorite of the world’s premier smokers.
Skin-on, vacuum-packed Coho Fillets – We defy you to tell the difference between our ALASKA GOLD™ single-frozen Coho fillets and fresh caught. Available in 3#/Up, 2/3#, and 1/2# sizes, these beautiful fillets are a must have for retail and food service. Frozen-at-Sea (FAS) Coho Salmon are the highest quality wild frozen salmon available. SPC has a special group of fishing boats that freeze their troll-caught salmon right on board the fishing vessel for maximum freshness and quality.
